Project Overview:

Crown Castle International purchased the transmission arm of the BBC.  Following the acquisition, they looked to grow their business and expoit their 'transmission assets' by making a strategic move into the mobile telecommunication market. 

Excellence in Business was asked to carry out a fundamental review of the company's business processes, and develop recommendations to reengineer these based on "lean systems" principles.  Following acceptance of our recommendations, we supported the company in designing, developing and implenmenting their new business processes.  As part of this project we automated the business processes using workflows; we also developed and delivered a programme of team building across the company covering directors to front line staff.

Project Outcomes/Impact:

1. Implementation of an Integrated Management System and associated workflows.
2. 23% increase in customer satisfaction levels.
3. Process savings in excess of £500,000 in Rigging Services.
4. 122% increase in the number of employee improvement sugestions made and implemented.
5. 80% reduction in process non compliance issues
