Project Overview:

As a result of our CAT assessment activity for the HA, we were approached by their Major Projects department to act as a Contract Facilitator. This involved working with and facilitating the Tender Evaluation Panel in selecting the most suitable contractor for major ECI projects. Following the Panel's decision, we then supported the provision of feedback to unsuccessful tenderers and were also engaged in the facilitation of Partnership Workshops with winning the contractor.

Project outcomes/impact:

Tender Evaluation Panels successfully completing their role on time and to budget;
The successful identification of contractors for major ECI projects;
The production of an evaluation report with recommendations leading to improvements in the tender evaluation process;
