Partnership Development

We work with purchasing authorities and their potential providers to develop the right cultural fit between the parties.  Whilst 'partnering charters' are important, we focus on developing the capacity of the partnership by assisting the respective partners in developing an improved understanding of each other's organisation and the challenges they face.  We do this through the development of workable and accountable structures and supporting regular interventions and interactions between the parties.
