Creating partnerships is a well established concept in local government, however, actually working effectively in partnership both strategically and operationally and sustaining this over time, is where much less success has been achieved.  Tensions are often not addressed; self-interest is ignored, the agreed values are not consistently embedded across all partners and relationships break down when there is a change in personnel.  Our approach recognises these issues and our understanding and experience of public sector partnering means we can make a real difference. We can work with local authorities, key partners and other organisations to support the delivery of LAAs and Sustainable Community strategies. Our support includes:
