The target audience of this workshop is elected members who are or will be involved in the commissioning,development and management of projects programme and service delivery. The aims of the workshop is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to be able to effectively manage projects within timescales and budgets.

2. The Project 'life cycle' and key the stages to effective Project Management
3. Improve knowledge and skills needed to help their ability to effectively manage or contribute to projects
