The buzz phrase 'Transformational Change', like many other management buzz phrases, has become embedded in everyday speak in many organisations, public and private sector, to the extent in many that it no longer has the ability to shock or to thrill. Jaded managers and staff see the idea of transformational change as yet another term bandied about to give a sense that something important is happening, while masking the fact that most people are continuing to do what they've always done.
