Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services have commissioned EiB to support their strategic change and improvement programme for the 5th consecutive year. Once again we will be involved in a strategy review; development of the 2009 implementation plan; the training of assessors; and supporting each of the assessments of the company's Highways Agency and Local Authority contracts.
The assessments are based on the EFQM Excellence model and use a team of 'peer' assessors to establish improvements in the previous 12 months; challenge current operations in terms of strengths and areas for improvement; and develop a comprehensive plan for improvement, both corporately and in relation to individual contracts.
