Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service Commission EiB to Support their Preparation for CAA & OpA

Following the support which EiB provided to Cambridgeshire F&R Service, to prepare them for the challenges of CPA, the Executive Team in Cambridgeshire, yesterday commissioned EiB to support the Service in preparing for their Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) later this year.  EiB will also be working closely with Cambridgeshire to ensure they are well prepared for their 2009 Operational Assessment, (OpA).

EiB will be training and mentoring a team from within the Service to apply the EiB 'CAA Health Check.' The Health Check will be used to support the development of the F&R Service's Self Assessment.  EiB Partner, Scott Brown, said "our solution will focus on skill transfer and building capacity within Cambs F&R to lead and drive future improvements within the organisation."
