Herefordshire Council commission EiB to develop Performance Management Framework

Herefordshire Council’s Children and Young People’s Directorate have commissioned EiB to develop a Performance Management Framework to enable it to measure the impact, both quantitatively and qualitatively, of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) within the County.

CAF is a key part of delivering frontline services that are focused around the needs of children and young people. This important project will run between October and December prior to piloting and roll-out for 2010/11. It will involve consultation with practitioners and other stakeholders as well as research into existing good practice.
