Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Commission EiB to Develop Customer Care Peer Review Process

The Royal Borough of Kensignton & Chelsea have commissioned EiB to develop a Customer Care Peer Review Process to be applied accross all Council Service to assess how well RBKC are serving local people and local communities. The 4* Council is committed to staying at the leading edge when it comes to engaging with its customers and providing services which address their needs and aspirations.

The process will draw on EiB's extensive experience of providing peer review solutions, focused on making a real difference to local people, while ensuring services represent real value for money to the community.
