Graham has a wealth of UK and international management experience at main company board level. He is professionally qualified in Marketing (CIM), Purchasing and Supply Chain (CIPS) as well as Life and Executive Coaching and Mentoring (NVQ5).

He has a unique blend of commercial experience which, coupled with engaging and memorable training and coaching, helps to give our clients a competitive edge. He specialises in business strategy; executive coaching & mentoring; leadership & team building; corporate and culture change; strategic sales & marketing; facilitated workshops; presentation skills and motivational speaking.

Graham has wide-ranging experience of working with local authorities to improve performance, cut costs, and build sustainable capacity. He has a special interest in supporting effective scrutiny, visioning and positioning, and strategic partnerships. Graham can also bring an elected member perspective as a former local councillor and Mayor of Beaconsfield.

As an entrepreneur, Graham has shown he is dynamic, adaptable, versatile, and resourceful, having built up and sold his own company (the Status Group plc). He has considerable sales and marketing experience in sales IT of services, software and hardware.

Outside of work, Graham is a dedicated family man with three young children but still finds time to play and watch football, go jogging, drive his Triumph Stag and ride his Suzuki 850. On a voluntary basis, he is a Trustee of Migraine Action and a mentor for The Princes' Trust.
