Achieving Efficiency through Benefit Realisation

Course Aims:

To provide delegates with the skills and competence to deliver tangible and demonstrable improvements in efficiency; effectiveness; and value for money.  To help managers move their view of success from delivery of activity and task, to the delivery of real impact.  

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:

  • Establish if there is a viable business case for investing time and resource in improvement projects through the use of benefit management;
  • Understand the framework for project/work stream monitoring and evaluation;
  • Understand the route map to ensuring identified benefits are realised;
  • Establish the organisational and partner related dependencies, which need to be addressed in order to realise benefits;
  • Encourage organisational learning through benefits realisation.
