Course Aims:

Understand the framework for project/work stream monitoring and evaluation;
Understand the route map to ensuring identified benefits are realised;
Establish the organisational and partner related dependencies, which need to be addressed in order to realise benefits;
Encourage organisational learning through benefits realisation.
