Managing Change

Course Aims:                   

To provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to manage change effectively.

Learning Outcomes:            

At the end of the workshop, delegates will:

  • Understand the need for change and factors that resist it;
  • Understand the main factors to consider when developing a change management strategy for their organisation or part of it;
  • Be aware of some of the change management skills and tools required to bring about successful change.
