Planning and Managing Effective Focus Groups

Course Aims

To provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage and facilitate Focus Groups.

• Set up a Focus Group including the selection of participants;
• Establish the most effective approach to working with the group;
• Facilitate and manage group discussions to maximise the outcomes;
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of a Focus Group.
