Course Aims
To provide delegates with an introduction to and the process involved in setting up and managing a Competitive Dialogue procurement exercise.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the current thinking on the Competitive Dialogue procedure;
- Appreciate the best practice examples currently available from OGC and other high profile procurement exercises;
- Establish a Competitive Dialogue project and manage the process on behalf of their organisation;
- Clearly understand the critical success factors associated with each stage of the process in order to ensure they get the most benefit from following this procedure;
- Understand how to facilitate the process and at which points external facilitation will add the most value.
