Understanding Modern Procurement Practice

Course Aims:

To provide delegates with a greater understanding of modern procurement practice from the setting of priority driven strategies to the detailed management of effective procurement and outsourcing solutions.

• Decide the most appropriate methods to identify, select and engage partners and suppliers of goods and services;
• Commission and manage procurement projects at a range of different levels;
• Provide value adding input to the selection, management and control of partners and suppliers;
