MSP & Prince2 Accredited Training

Course Aims:

Fully accredited training leading to the MSP^TM Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner qualifications and to the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

Course structure:

MSP^TM Foundation course: a 2½ day module providing delegates with the knowledge and understanding about the Principles, Governance Themes and Transformational Flow necessary to sit the Foundation exam at the end of the course.
MSP^TM Practitioner course: a 2½ day module providing delegates with a deeper exploration of the MSP^TM structure based around a case study approach. Delegates sit the Practitioner exam at the end of the course.
MSP^TM Advanced Practitioner course: a 2 day residential module conducted in seminar style, helping delegates relate their practical experience of programmes to the concepts of MSP^TM and preparing them to sit the Advanced Practitioner exam at the end of the course.
PRINCE2® Foundation course: a 3 day module providing delegates with a full understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology and preparing them for the Foundation exam, which is sat at the end of the course.
PRINCE2® Practitioner course: a 2 day module exploring the application of PRINCE2® in practice and preparing delegates for the Practitioner exam, which is sat at the end of the course.
