MSP & Prince2 Introductory Sessions

Course Aims:

To provide delegates with understanding about these key approaches to programmes and projects, including the basic approach, principal terminology, organisational roles, and the practical implications of using MSPTM or PRINCE2® in an organisational context.  The courses can be substantially tailored to reflect specific issues or approaches in the client organisation, so that the delegates can understand the local relevance of MSPTM or PRINCE2®.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the MSPTM workshop, delegates will have an understanding of:
