MSP & Prince2 Introductory Sessions

Course Aims:

To provide delegates with understanding about these key approaches to programmes and projects, including the basic approach, principal terminology, organisational roles, and the practical implications of using MSP^TM or PRINCE2® in an organisational context.  The courses can be substantially tailored to reflect specific issues or approaches in the client organisation, so that the delegates can understand the local relevance of MSP^TM or PRINCE2®.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the MSP^TM workshop, delegates will have an understanding of:
